I have experience working with kids, teenagers, and families who are involved with child welfare and juvenile justice systems. My job is to help them with their behavior and mental health. I work closely with community organizations to make sure my clients get the support they need. I focus on working together with families and keeping the kids' needs at the center of everything we do.

I provide psychotherapy for teens and adults. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, abuse/neglect, relationship/family issues, body image issues, disordered eating, pre-and post-partum issues, and trauma. Together we can explore healthy and effective coping techniques to help you be your authentic self. I also provide bariatric psychological evaluations needed prior to bariatric surgery.

I've been doing this work for 46 years now, and still love it. And, I'm used to being successful at what I do. The challenge for me is people's "inside" language - what takes place beneath awareness.
