Hi, Before I tell you more about myself, let me just say that I love what I do. I love being a therapist. I love helping others towards their own recovery. This is something I’ve always wanted to do and was blessed to be able to achieve my goals. I hold a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Marygrove College. I work with adolescents, teens and adults. I begin every session with “what’s on your mind.” I help you find your paths. I

I’ve been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, motivational interviewing, Trauma, Recovery and Empowerment and DBT skills. I work with all types, but my passion is trauma. Using the TREM evidenced based model, I’ve helped many fight their trauma and become survivors. I look forward to working with you all.
Guardians, I will be there for your children and help them understand their emotions, behaviors and thoughts in a safe and growing atmosphere. Adults, you can tell me whatever is needing to be discussed.
