Living in the PAUSE, PLLC Practice, Authentic, Unapologetic, Self, Evolution is the PAUSE. This is accomplished through an eclectic therapeutic approach to your needs. Learning to Practice the "PAUSE" is a change in the way we move through everyday life. I believe in a strength-based approach and providing a judgement free environment. I also trust in people’s capacity to expand their own skills, develop, and accomplish their goals. Through connection, affirmation, acceptance, and empowerment clients can establish better coping skills and healthy boundaries to improve their circumstances.
As a therapist I work to create a safe, inclusive space for sharing. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as all underrepresented and marginalized groups.
