I believe that there is no cookie cutter approach to therapy, and my therapeutic approaches are as varied as the clients I work with. Each person has unique experiences, perspectives, and needs that must be addressed; and I work to provide each client with a personalized experience.

My integrative approach to therapy allows me to be comfortable treating a variety of issues while also offering new perspectives on issues that may not have been successfully treated with other modalities.

I have extensive experience working with the stressors and emotional challenges that commonly affect first responders, nurses, and other mental health practitioners. I also specialize in attachment injuries and addressing boundaries issues such as People Pleasing and internalization.
