I am currently providing in-person and telemental health services to individuals struggling with ongoing mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief, and more. I work with adolescent and adult populations and utilize both humanistic and cognitive behavioral approaches to counseling which honor an individual’s strengths, build upon existing capabilities, and encourage autonomy.

I specialize in working with middle aged and older adult, and youth and adolescents individually and in groups. Crises such as financial, mental, physical, emotional, and identity require compassion and skills to grow. I also work with adults who are physically or mentally disabled and have chronic health needs, including epilepsy. My goal is to help people find hope, direction, meaning, and fulfilment, and teach skills to improve mental health.
