My ideal client is any individual recognizing, through themselves or someone close to them, that some aspects of their life can be improved. You may be ready for change, change got thrown on you, or you want to get back some of those old pieces of your lifestyle that made you who you are. I want to focus on your strengths and show you how capable you are of tackling all of life's difficulties. Each person is unique and together we can focus on how to make sure you are continuously growing into the person you want to be.
In therapy I bring a blend of psychodynamic and trauma-informed care to provide you insight on how our early experiences can affect us throughout our lifespan. My overarching goal is to remain person-centered using a positive, authentic, and safe environment to work through issues you want to address and bring to light concepts that may be underlying.
Sometimes life feels like we are just pushing along rather than being the captain of our own ship. It isn't because we can't take that lead but because we just need to be reminded of how capable we really are to do so.
