We can explore these things together; work on your healing and feeling more like “you”, and allowing me to support you along the way.
My approach in therapy is working with my clients from a holistic lens- with intention on the mind, body, and relationships. I meet my clients where they are and establish goals together. Some of our sessions might also involve "deeper work", as I offer EMDR an effective addition to my practice. I am an LGBTQ+ allied and foster care informed therapist.
I'm affiliated with LifePoint Counseling out of Durham, NC, but I am taking in person appointments at my office in the Gastonia, NC area.
