Do you ever feel like talk therapy on its own doesn’t quite go deep enough? My passion for adventure and exploration naturally extends into the way I approach therapy. I enjoy uncovering the experiences that have shaped people’s lives and exploring how those experiences influence their present functioning. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious about this process and who are ready to dive in and discover what lies beneath the surface. Within each of us exists an entire universe of possibility, waiting to be explored if we’re open to it.

I draw from a variety of approaches- including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Psychedelic Integration, Somatic practices, and the Enneagram. By integrating these modalities, I help clients shift perspective, create new meaning, and foster lasting change in their lives.
