Hey y'all, I'm Jen. I work with women & teens 12+ virtually throughout Texas. I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping moms facing postpartum depression, anxiety, mom rage, burnout, career changes, college stressors, relationship stress, co-parenting issues, or pivotal life transitions. Teens may struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm, confidence, bullying, or academic stressors. I provide a safe, supportive space to process emotions, gain coping skills, and build confidence. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and ready to handle life’s challenges with resilience.

With advanced training in perinatal mental health, I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage of motherhood. My approach is holistic & compassionate with a goal of nurturing & connecting your mind, body, & soul. Emphasis on the whole picture, not just the mind!
