Do you feel like issues from your past are making it so you can't connect with others? Our brains are wired for connection, but trauma rewires them for protection. When we are stuck in protection mode it prevents us from connecting with others and puts us at risk for further hurt. When this happens we may feel broken and stuck repeating patterns that hurt our relationships. Together we will work towards healing and discovering how to connect in a healthy safe way. I specialize in trauma, sexual intimacy after trauma, attachment, relationship concerns, couples, social anxiety, and career issues/life transitions
I work with individuals & couples helping them heal from past traumas & reconnect with themselves & others. I have worked in a variety of therapy settings & found the most useful pieces from different techniques to help propel therapy & change. The clients I work with often notice that their strategies are no longer working & want support breaking old cycles
I strive to create a therapy space where it is easy to open up and trust me. With openness and trust, I hope that we can find a new way of seeing yourself and help you envision a future that is free from the weight of your past. I currently have immediate availability, so if you feel like we may be a good fit, reach out and schedule a consultation.
