Not accepting new clients

NOTICE: due to practice being full, I am on a temporary hold from taking new clients. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We all have the capacity to experience more meaning and joy in our lives. I love helping clients move beyond their blocks to reach their own ability to find theirs. Every client is unique: having different needs, learning styles and histories. My goal is to honor the client's individual needs to find the most effective and appropriate approach in handling their treatment.
I understand the immobilization and feelings of shame inherent with anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, and depression. I look forward to helping people push through such obstacles to enjoy a richer, more meaningful life. I utilize compassion, irreverent humor, a casual manner, and hopefulness to put clients at ease. Oh yeah. And dogs.
Although for now I am only seeing people remotely, I am fortunate to have an office that allows me to have my dogs at work with me. Deke and Roo earn their keep (and treats) as my office co-pilots. I currently work with teens and adults 16 and older. Email is the best way to make initial contact. I look forward to hearing from you!
