Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a calming, and relaxed presence to therapy. I typically work alongside people (age 20-60) who are experiencing major life transitions, grief and loss, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and addiction, however, I am always open to discussing more in a consultation call whatever you hope to address in a therapeutic setting. I believe that being in an environment surrounded by trust within a therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect in fostering a meaningful connection where someone can ease into whatever they hope to achieve in therapy.
I employ an approach that provides empowerment to an individual, regardless of experience. In working together, I hope to provide this empowerment so that someone is able to take autonomy over their experiences rather than their experiences taking autonomy over them.
