Welcoming NEW patients! I understand that that taking steps towards receiving mental health treatment requires tremendous strength. I aim to foster collaborative relationships with my clients as they move towards their unique goals. I am highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and I currently practice in the Boston area. I obtained my Master of Social Work from Wheelock College, where I also obtained a certificate in Military counselling. I bring a comprehensive educational background to my role as my clinical experience is extensive. I am looking forward to collaborating with you on your care.

I work with people suffering with substance use disorders, and persons with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I use a variety of approaches that are tailored to each individual, to assist them in reaching their full potential.

Who you are: a millennial individual (or couple!) and finally ready to explore therapy. I help you articulate what’s at the root of your concerns: What's important to you? What do you value? How is your life currently aligned with those values and what is getting in the way? I help you better understand yourself, your needs, and how to get those needs met. It is important to me that the space we create is compassionate, curious, reflective, and interactive. Common issues that I work on in therapy include life transitions, managing stress/anxiety, building your sense of Self, relationship concerns, and improving communication.

I'm only offering video sessions at this time due to travels. Over 30 years experience. LCSW in both Colorado & Massachusetts. Licensed Addictions Counselor - CO; EMDR Therapist, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT), Certified Gestalt Therapist, AEDP Therapist, DBT Therapist & Mindfulness, Gottman Method trained. Pain and struggle are often the doorways into strength, wisdom, compassion, beauty, joy. Rather than getting stuck in fight, flight or freeze mode, discover your authentic self.
