I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, panic, chronic pain or illness, life transitions, academic and career stress, parenting, relationship concerns, identity exploration, immigration, and cultural adjustment. As a bilingual Mandarin and English-speaking clinician and an immigrant myself, I understand the complexities of living across cultures. I believe the greatest gift a therapist can offer is full presence with a compassionate ear. Many clients seek therapy because something that was working for them is no longer working. Maybe you feel stuck, unseen, unheard, anxious, or angry in your interpersonal relationships and work. Maybe there's grief from family estrangement, or you are contemplating cutoff. Maybe your core values are being tested. Please give yourself permission to be here as you are. What we acknowledge and admit to another becomes more real, and you matter. In our therapy space, even if you take your shoes off at the door, you can bring your whole self.

Suffering is a part of being human—whether it's grief, trauma, stress, or the quiet ache of loneliness. While we can’t always avoid pain, we can choose not to face it alone. I believe in creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we work through life’s challenges together.
