I am quite fascinated by the ways that people can manage with what they know. At times, we find ourselves caught in repetitive patterns preventing us from achieving the life we truly desire. Our difficulties often lay in our reactions to our thoughts and feelings. Through no fault of our own, our thoughts become distorted while facing challenging experiences leading us to feel trapped in the burden of uneasiness and self-doubt. Through my trauma-informed lens, I work best with people who are innately curious and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their thoughts, and their feelings.
I offer a dynamic, relaxed, and non-judgmental environment for us to examine what has been hindering your progress and provide novel tools to help guide you back to the path of authentic self-expression and genuine self-compassion.
