I enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigate a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have a passion for serving first responders, active duty military, and veterans. I understand the intensity and challenges that come with these roles, and I believe that it is important to provide support and guidance to those that dedicate their lives to serving others in this way.
I believe that people have incredible potential for change, and that they can unlock their full potential through the counseling process by stepping outside of their comfort zones and tackling life’s struggles. I walk alongside people to help them harness their own resilience, determination, and capacity for growth to find solutions and reach their goals.
