I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including first responders, military members, veterans, and their families. Many of my clients are used to functioning at a high level and pushing through, but underneath may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. I help clients better understand the patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships and coping skills, and move toward a greater sense of balance, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

I help people regain perspective and make sense of what’s getting in the way of their well-being. My approach is straightforward and collaborative, bringing insight and direction. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and certified in Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), both designed to help reduce distress and facilitate change.
