I feel that anyone who is looking for guidance and needs someone to help them along their journey is a client that I can help. Everyone of us has struggles and I want to help my clients reach the potential that they know they have and live the life that they always wanted for themselves.
I specialize in trauma and attachment and how those issues impact our ability to grow and function as adults. I also specialize in addiction and often find that trauma and lack of or unhealthy attachment can also greatly impact the root of addiction for my clients. I like to explore all of this with my clients and utilize EMDR to assist my clients to heal.
I am here to help anyone who is struggling with addiction and feeling hopeless or that their life is not worth living due to their addictions.
