I'm Dr. Lily, a board certified child and adolescent psychologist. Put simply, I work with kids and their parents to make daily life easier. I help kids develop skills and strategies to manage the difficulties they are facing and help parents develop tools to allow their child to thrive. I love the work I do and am honored to help families during their challenging times. With over a decade of experience in school and medical settings, I specialize in working with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, challenges with self-regulation, chronic illness, pain management, picky eating/ARFID, encopresis, and tic disorders.
I provide individual talk therapy to children and teens as well as parent training/consultation to caregivers of young children and school-aged children. I believe in the importance of using evidence-based approaches and have specialized training in The Incredible Years, SPACE, Ex/RP, CBIT, among others.
I work with families of children as young as 3 years old for concerns such as potty training and challenging behaviors and with older children and adolescents for concerns related to anxiety, mood, and self-regulation.
