I specialize in working with middle-aged and older adults as they navigate grief, chronic illness, changes in memory and caregiving distress, as well as the complexities of aging. In our work together, you’ll have a compassionate partner to help you gain insight, find balance, and move forward with greater hope.

I use evidence-based approaches and personal storytelling to help you process thoughts and feelings, gain new perspectives, and build practical coping skills. Together, we’ll honor what has been lost, explore what remains possible, and respect your lived experience and the wisdom you’ve gained through throughout your life.

My approach to therapy is grounded in gentleness, shaped by professional training and personal experience, including caregiving for my father with Lewy body dementia and losing my mother to COVID. I understand how isolating life’s challenges can feel and invite you to reach out today. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
