Welcome! My name is Karen Elliott and I specialize in working with middle-aged and older adults. I lost my father to Louis Body Dementia and my mother to COVID. As their caregiver, it was both demanding yet fulfilling, and without receiving therapy myself, I'm not sure how I would have endured those long days and nights.
