My clinical expertise centralizes on ADHD/ASD, trauma, addiction, codependency, and OCD.
I am passionate about working with trauma survivors and neurodivergence. I am trained in EMDR, ERP, DBT, and I am a Certified Autism Specialist. I believe in strengths-based counseling and working with clients’ expertise on their lives and themselves. It's also important to me to stay up to date on current research for best practices.
