You might be thinking, “I’ve tried talking about this before, but nothing seemed to change,” or, “Is something wrong with me for feeling this way?” You might feel unable to fully connect with your most important people, or even with yourself. But you have a sense this didn't start out of nowhere, and you're motivated to get to the bottom of it—for good. I get it, I’ve been there, too, and know that with the right support, you can actually heal and move forward. I'm ready to help. I specialize in millennial & gen-z adulting, helping you transform pain from current/past relationships, and navigate life's stressors with confidence.
I welcome all adults to my practice, and provide affirming therapy for neurodivergent adults, queer and trans folks, and people in poly/CNM relationships. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you not just cope, but radically heal the stuff that drives your need for coping in the first place.
By working together, you will be able to gain perspective on what brings you to this moment in your life, unburden past wounds, and discover the path forward that aligns best with you. Finding the right therapist is important. Please feel welcome to contact me for a free consultation or visit my website to learn more about the work we can do together.
