Currently, I'm a part-time therapist at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship and run a private practice in McKinney. I bring extensive experience in individual and family therapy. Holding an Equine Specialist for Mental Health Learning (ESMHL) certification from PATH Intl, I specialize in Counseling using Equines. Horses authentically respond to us, guiding us toward a healthier existence by connecting and interacting with us.

Dr. Rial-Baker is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Doctor of Ministry. She is a practical, interactive therapist who uses an array of therapeutic techniques. Her treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. She incorporates a blend of conventional, spiritual, and alternative approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, she works with clients to help them to build upon their strengths to bring life and blessings into all that they experience.

I love using CBT and neuropsychological assessment in my work with kids, parents and adults. There is no such thing as perfect, but there is such a thing as better. Play is the language of children but we don't always know how to speak that language. Camille sees children using play as expressive language. Coming from A&M University, working alongside Dr. Bell in their clinical lab, Camille has countless experience in child development along with assessment expertise. She also worked with the forensic unit at Terrell State Hospital. Camille see adolescents, teens and adults but she specializes in working with women and moms experiencing domestic and relational dysfunction. She currently runs an afternoon group for teens.
