Mindfulness is the hallmark of our practice whereby we incorporate the breath, meditation and yoga along with traditional talk therapy. It's freeing to experience emotions using these and other forms of mindfulness which lead to a higher level of consciousness and changes the way you experience the world. We also offer a very relaxed office environment.
We offer individual therapy along with support groups and therapy groups. Groups offered now are Parenting & Partnering, Nourish (Mindfulness Group) and our 'Imperfectly Perfect' Teen Group. We are adding a Divorce Care Group for those recently divorced or still in need of support and an Art of Yoga Program for teens ages 13-17.

Are you struggling with the aftermath of divorce? Let us help. A group for newly divorced or those that still need support. Whether it's difficulty co-parenting or even an absent parent due to addiction, we offer training in handling these and other issues that come along.

Calling all teen girls! Being a teen can be hard sometimes! We will do yoga, meditation, learn ways to practice mindfulness and practice connecting with ourselves and others! Come join us!
