With over 30 years of diverse experience in education - as an educator and counselor, my background allows me to work with those going through crisis situations or life direction, whether adolescents, women or families.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in therapy, depending on what best fits the client's needs. Those needs might include: anger, anxiety, depression, divorce, life transitions, PTSD, addictions, grief and loss, family of origins dynamics, identity and relational concerns and trauma/sexual abuse. I am a counselor trained in EMDR.
