In my practice, I utilize brief therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) across individual, family, and group settings. Currently, I'm a part-time therapist at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship and run a private practice in McKinney. I bring extensive experience in individual and family therapy. Holding an Equine Specialist for Mental Health Learning (ESMHL) certification from PATH Intl, I specialize in Counseling using Equines. Horses authentically respond to us, guiding us toward a healthier existence by connecting and interacting with us.
Whether you are looking for yourself, your child, your family- you need to feel that it is tailored to fit your needs. We partner together on this journey and the horses are selected with your safety in mind. All of staff members are professionals & experts in the field. The riding component is not a part of these sessions and is not covered by insurance.
