I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Adler University. I completed my clinical training working with children, adolescents, and teens. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness to maintain a safe space and help each individual reach their specifically tailored goals.
Patience, active listening, skill building, and most importantly building a trusting relationship with clients are essential when providing therapy. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens who are managing anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, depression, behavior problems, traumatic/adverse experiences, stress, and self-esteem.
