I help adults navigate relationships, life transitions, anxiety and grief with a warm
and collaborative approach. I also do a lot of work with moms-to-be, new mothers, and those who’ve just added a second child to their family. Therapy with me is warm and conversational, with a mix of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - where we will restructure and reframe unhelpful or untrue thoughts that are holding you back), and practical goal-setting. We’ll explore what matters most to you - we will even laugh quite a bit. (Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time!)
I blend strengths-based Coaching—helping you tap into tools and abilities you already have and gain new perspectives—with insight-oriented Counseling to help guide you when you feel stuck. I especially enjoy supporting clients facing relationship challenges while creating a compassionate space for growth and self-care.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Counselor for 20 years and a Board Certified Life Coach for 11. My passion for Coaching and my background in Counseling is a great setup for strengths-based work together. I work in a group with 4 other clinicians with similar treatment approaches and skill sets - in case I am currently full, there are others who can help.
