Welcome! I am passionate about working with women to deepen self-awareness and approach healing through the many layers of thoughts, feelings, and sensations we experience moment to moment.
I also enjoy providing education and information about how our bodies and brains work to help you feel understood and empowered.
Our world can be confusing and chaotic- I want to help you connect to, and trust, your inner feminine wisdom and intuition.
I work from a strengths based and self compassion perspective. I combine evidence based practices, trauma informed approaches, and mindfulness based techniques tailored to your individuality. You will learn to use your body and mind as resources for healing. I find working with the whole person- mind and body- to be the most impactful approach.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, secure space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. I am not here to judge or blame. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is foundational for our work together.
