I have 15 years experience working with clients from all walks of life. My areas of specialty include: life transitions such as a new relationship, career changes, or identity shifts, healing from trauma, alcohol use and "grey area" drinking, and non-traditional relationship structures such as ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.

Hi there! I’m Bethany, a dedicated advocate with a passion for empowering folks in overcoming trauma and navigating life transitions. My clients are people whose bodies have stories needing to be told: folks with complex trauma, experiences of sexual violence, and chronic illness. I support people during major events throughout the reproductive continuum: miscarriage/stillbirth, infertility, abortion, difficult pregnancies, traumatic birth, postpartum, and more. First of all, let me say that I respect your decision to seek therapy, it shows emotional health and awareness. I believe that therapy is a tool to guide people to obtain the skills to be emotionally successful in their lives. I have extensive experience working with adults that grew up in families with addiction, personality disorders, and trauma. I work with adults that struggle establishing or maintaining healthy relationships due to this experience. I will help you break the negative cycles of re-enactment. I believe that we are all on a journey of self-awareness and sometimes we need help along the way.

Reaching out to a therapist for problems such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression or Autism Spectrum Disorders can be tough. Finding someone who is empathetic, experienced and effective is important to change! Over the last 15 years I have helped individuals and families with a wide range of issues, and have developed these specialties. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory, while adding an understanding of neuropsychological functioning to help my clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience, my practice is centered on helping my clients find balance and deepen their ability to access true wellbeing. I have limited availability for in-person meeting at this time. Out-of-pocket fees for psychiatric prescribing: $250 Initial consult. $125 to $175 for follow-up appointments.
