I have over 15 years experience working with clients from all walks of life. My areas of specialty include: life transitions such as: beginning or ending a relationship, career changes, midlife and menopause, identity shifts and gender exploration, healing from trauma, social media use, alcohol use and "grey area" drinking, and non-traditional relationship structures such as ethical or consensual non-monogamy and polyamory.
I tailor our sessions to center your already existing strengths as we work collaboratively to help you achieve your goals; including healing from past experiences, making changes in the present, and crafting plans for the future.
