I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with 21 years of mental health experience, and have a law degree. I treat a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression and bi-polar depression, relationship issues and couple's counseling, and family mediation.
I employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic practices; specializing in combining mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and meditative practices for which I have extensive post-graduate training. I approach clients with warmth and feel privileged to gain their trust and assist them in their process of self-examination and growth.
Since 2005, I have been in private practice treating a variety of issues in work with adults. My ofï'ce is in the Uptown/University area of New Orleans, with an additional practice in Thibodaux/Houma, Louisiana.
