I have a background in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies which I use to help clients gain insight into their past, understand how it is impacting their present, and empower them to pave their future path. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change and bring authenticity, compassion, humor, curiosity, and acceptance into the therapy room.
Through mindfulness and safe exploration, you will learn to build deeper self-awareness and compassion allowing you to accept and integrate all parts of yourself while breaking harmful patterns and moving toward growth and healing. I value a collaborative space and incorporate psychoeducation and ACT, DBT, CBT, and EFT techniques into our work together.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma.
