We will 1) Challenge and reframe unhelpful perceptions. 2) Look into the past to see what you can pull from for guidance. 3) Define your strengths, values and ways to step into those more fully. 4) Build up your mental wellness toolbox for the future.

FOMO is a 12 week closed group for fathers of young children to come together to connect, support, and learn. Fatherhood looks different from previous generations. The good news?
