In our practice we use many types of therapy that are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client, i.e. CBT, DBT skills, EMDR, solution focused, family systems, and Motivational Interviewing.
Another tool used with clinician Kelly, when appropriate, is animal assisted therapy. Kelly's trusty therapy dog, Bentley, is a golden-doodle and is a trained therapy dog. He is unconditionally loving, and offers support to clients who would like him present in their sessions.

Groups
Girls Empowerment Group
VOICES is an Empowerment Group for Girls (ages 14-18) using evidenced based research and topics identified by Stephanie Covington to assist girls in identifying their strengths, expressing their feelings, strengthening relationships, self-care; coping with stress, relationships, feelings; staying calm, all while gaining the support of the other girls in the group and myself. Appropriate referrals are girls who need some help with boosting their self-esteem, decreasing depression and anxiety, increased relationship skills, and increased coping mechanisms.
