My focus in therapy is to help you solve the problems that are getting in your way, so you can once again, feel better. I utilize a strengths perspective, that is, exploring personal strengths and attributes (as well as weaknesses)to enable you to work through your difficulties in a way that reflects who you truly are.
I also have a special interest in working with adults and adolescents with ADHD and learning disabilities, addressing the many aspects of our lives including:personal, social, academic and occupational, that are affected by this condition.
