They affect how we feel able to show up in the world. My goal as a therapist is help you understand, explore, and challenge these stories and thought patterns, and support you as you create and practice alternatives that are empowering and authentic to you.
As a white, queer, non-binary person, my aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental and empathetic space across diverse identities and experiences. I am particularly grateful to work with clients from marginalized backgrounds, especially members of the LGBTQIA community, clients navigating addiction, and clients feeling overwhelmed by life.
