Do you find yourself stuck with thoughts like, “It’s okay if other people make mistakes, but not me,” or questions like, “Am I enough..?” These painful stories we tell ourselves often stem from our histories and experiences, and continue to play out in our lives and relationships. They affect how we feel able to show up in the world. My goal as a therapist is help you understand, explore, and challenge these stories and thought patterns, and support you as you create and practice alternatives that are empowering and authentic to you.
As a white, queer, non-binary person, my aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental and empathetic space across diverse identities and experiences. I am particularly grateful to work with clients from marginalized backgrounds, especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating substance use and recovery.
