We all struggle at times, whether we are experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma or just feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward in our lives. These times can feel frustrating, overwhelming and exhausting! Come to a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share your emotional struggles, pain and stress. Together, we can create effective strategies for healing and self-acceptance, discover and develop your inner strengths, resources and joy and allow you to more fully enjoy life. I bring years of experience, compassion and a sense of humor to the therapy room. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I am passionate about helping clients on a range of issues including relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem, anxiety, shame, depression, disordered eating, stress related to toxic work or family environments, divorce, medical trauma, sexual, physical and narcissistic abuse. I use a variety of methods including EMDR and IFS.
If you are going through a rough time, please know you do not have to go through it alone! I will listen to you, provide support and help you find and put into practice the solutions that work for you. We can create the tools you need to cope with life's difficulties, achieve your goals and heal from the past so that you can have the life you want.
