Life sucks, luckily there's therapy! There are many benefits of therapy including reduced stress, improved sleep, better relationships and learning to manage the hard emotions (anger, sadness, grief) through life transitions. Talking with someone who understands and listens is so helpful. We can focus on a specific issue or look at patterns and improve general well-being over a longer period.
After 13 years working at an agency, I decided to make a career change by opening a private practice. I love being a therapist, and am honored by the trust my clients have for me to be open and honest. I strive to make a difference for others, and often use wit & wisdom to find successful solutions!
