Hello, my name is Julia Richardson. I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist in the practice of healing emotional stress. I work with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a special love for working with folks on the Autism spectrum. I enjoy working with adults who want to know about their inner Light and how to access it; to make the decisions and changes they seek. I love working with couples who are trying to salvage, rekindle, or deepen their relationship.
I am passionate about helping folks with spectrum disorders find their way to relating and communicating with the world. I have a soft soothing voice that will help you feel safe as you go inward and experience your inner world.
When I was a child/young woman, I experienced emotional pain. I met a therapist who taught me how to access my Light. I went on to become a licensed therapist in the profession of the Healing Arts. I am blessed to be able to pay it forward.
