We all need a tune-up at certain times in our life. Childhood issues often create unidentified patterns that work silently in the background to sabotage you accomplishing your goals in life. I work interactively from a Mindfulness based approach as well as Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems and Psychodynamic Therapies.
ADHD related difficulties, job stress, family issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, spiritual void, and a multitude of other discomforts are issues that I have been helping people to take charge of and end the interference with their lives. Balance and Self-Respect!
