Hello! My name is Jopy Baker. I live in El Paso, Texas. I have been married since 2015. My wife and I have two children. Life is busy to say the least! When we are not working or in school (my wife is a 2nd grade teacher), we try to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I believe there is a healing element to nature and I try to incorporate this into my own wellbeing as well as encourage others to unplug as often as they can. I attended The University of Texas at El Paso for both my undergraduate and graduate studies.
I graduated with a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2015. Professionally, I have been able to work with a wide-variety of clients in multiple different settings. I started my professional career working with adolescents in an inpatient treatment center. Since then, I have worked two years with an adult population in a correctional setting.
