I primarily specialize in trauma; however, I also work with clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I approach therapy integratively, meaning I pull from a variety of tools and resources. I am EMDR trained. I also utilize CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and body-based approaches to name a few.
