In my 25 years as a therapist, I have worked with many individuals and couples (including those dealing with parenting stress and struggles). Many of my clients have been stuck in loops of anxiety or depression. After years of experience and study, I now find that I'm pretty good at getting people unstuck. And that is my specialty!
