Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 4 years. I help children, teens and adults navigate and understand their feelings and emotions to lead to a happier fulfilled life. In addition, I work with domestic violence survivors from a trauma informed lense working to increase happiness, confidence, and overall self esteem.
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and who you are as a person. I think it is important for me to have a good understanding of who you are; from where you started to the person you are now.
Having worked with children, teens and domestic violence survivors over the past 4 years I've developed skills to focus on you as an individual to help identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
