It is within the context of interpersonal safety that the healing process can freely occur. Although I work with a variety of concerns and individuals of all ages, I specialize in trauma treatment, couples therapy, perinatal mood disorders, & sex therapy, serving the Indianapolis area. I provide psychological testing to clarify diagnoses (ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, autism, & learning disorders). I also provide bilingual (Spanish) evaluations, immigration/extreme hardship evaluations, & FAA airman evaluations.

I work with individuals and couples experiencing a broad range of emotional and behavioral issues. I am passionate about working with clients through all the challenges and problems that arise during their lifetime. I am also a sex therapist, and I enjoy working with clients who need healing or work with kink, eroticism, intimacy, problem sexual behavior, ethical non-monogamy, recovering from affairs, low libido, and orgasm difficulties.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Indiana and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky. I specialize in couples' work and sexuality, and also have extensive experience with families, at-risk youth, depression, ADHD and trauma. Clinical style is client-centered, solution-focused and reality based, with a certain dose of humor. I also offer EMDR therapy. Straight and LGBTQ communities are welcome. I work with early adults (late teens into 40s) on navigating individual, relational, and life challenges, from difficult seasons of life to anxiety, depression, and sexuality. Clients often start working with me during significant life changes, losses, or overwhelm, and to seek momentum towards self-discovery and future goals. LGBTQIA+, kinky, and poly folx find a supportive space here. My style relies more on exploration of experiences and paths and collaboration rather than on answer giving, being highly structured or directive, or imposing my own solutions. It’s important to me that clients are empowered on their own paths.

Shame, embarrassment, fear. Maybe you've felt these things when you think about sex. Maybe you've tried to talk about sex with your partner(s) or friends, but their responses made you feel weird and awkward - like you said or did something terrible. Maybe you've started to feel like there actually is something wrong with you and you'll never have a fulfilling relationship with your partner(s) because of your sexuality or differences. Ultimately, you just feel completely alone and misunderstood in your relationships. It doesn't have to be this way, and I can help you have difficult, but courageous conversations with your partner(s).

Sharayah (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Sharayah is able to address a variety of mental health concerns including: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, and childhood diagnoses. She has also completed certification in sex therapy, which has given her experience with all types of sexual dysfunctions in adults and children. Creation Desautels is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist As a clinician, Creation works from a spiritually integrated family systems and psychoanalytic perspective. She is seeking to live, and guide others toward relational health and wholeness.. She seeks to live and work, in other words to do-relationship with self and other, in ways that reflect these integrated principals. To best align with these principal Creation sees a limited number of clients and centers her practice around long-format and intensive treatment formats. Though virtual appointments are available, Creation focuses on face-to-face in person care.

I started off my career working with folks recovering from substance use disorders. Understanding that substances are not the problem, but the solution to the problem, my focus then became on underlying mental health issues that these clients had. These were often related to unresolved trauma, relationship issues, and troubles with intimacy/sex.

Regardless of what brings you in to therapy, I provide a safe, accepting space to promote healing and personal growth. I provide treatment for children, adolescents, and adults seeking both individual and couples therapy and conduct psychological evaluations.
