I primarily work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing individual and couples therapy. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can explore your lived experience within the context of identity, culture, and social context. I have experience helping people work through concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, lifestyle changes, identity exploration, health problems, or just feeling “stuck”. I am also committed to maintaining an environment affirming of intersecting cultural identities, with an emphasis on social justice, anti-racism, anti-colonialism, and promotion of LGBTQIA+ and sex positive values.
I provide individual and couples therapy in both English and Spanish, serving the greater Indianapolis area. I am also trained in treating racial trauma using a therapy model based in social justice and afrocentric psychology and work from a process-oriented, psychodynamic framework. I have also received Gottman Method Level 1 couples therapy training.

Groups
8-Week Men's Sexual Health Group
This group provides education about what leads to and maintains common sexual concerns for men including difficulty with erection, premature or delayed ejaculation, differences in sexual desire, out-of-control sexual behavior, and improving sexual satisfaction. Group members both learn information and share experiences, as members feel comfortable. This group is designed to improve overall understanding about what contributes to sexual challenges and reduce any shame or stigma related to sexual concerns.
