Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tenhers and fathers navigating prenatal/postpartum depression.

We all find ourselves at times in our life that we require nurturance to help us through life's changes. Loss in our lives requires care and guidance by a professional. Loss may be defined in various ways, it may be death, divorce, depression, addictions, infidelity, anxiety, infertility just to name a few. I work to specifically assist individuals, couples, families and groups to alleviate emotional disorders, to understand conscious and unconscious motivation, to resolve emotional, relationship and attitudinal conflicts and to help modify behaviors that interfere with effective emotional, social adaptive, and intellectual functioning.

SOCIAL MEDIATOR-THERAPIST: Social Mediation lends third party neutral support to prepare and empower family members to have a voice; and to prepare to heal the raw wounds of relationship conflict, betrayal and broken trust; Social mediation addresses some of the following problems: Depression, anxiety,alcohol abuse, abuse of prescription medication, trauma, alienation in marriage, family, or community,divorce,narcissism, sex addiction, partners’ trauma, shame, gaslighting, betrayal and broken trust,restoring trust, and revitalizing sexual intimacy, conflict over parenting; and adult child issues over parents’ elder care.

My ideal client is any human struggling with the present moment, any human suffering.

Ashley is experienced in many counseling techniques with her main approaches being ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She likes to meet clients wherever they are in life and views each client as an individual with their own unique needs and goals for therapy. She feels it is important to understand how our thinking and our actions work together. We can then use this understanding to help us cope with our life circumstances and reach the goals we set for ourselves.

I believe in healing and wellness. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, transitions in life, loss or parenting issues, life challenges can take a toll on one's well-being. If you are feeling hopeless, struggling to let go, or simply need a place to heal. I feel honored to work with people of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-image or loss. I believe everyone holds ability to grow and heal, and that my role is to help individuals find their own path toward a meaningful and fulfilled life.
