My style of therapy focuses on building a deep and meaningful relationship with my clients and utilizes a strength based model to empower them to continually become better versions of themselves. Our thoughts, feelings, and memories have the ability to take us into the past and future, and out of our present lives! My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and focuses on the therapy relationship, mindfulness practices, self-compassion, development of coping skills, and some laughter to round it all out!
Those who come in to see me typically appreciate my sense of humor, humility and straightforward nature. I am a certified anxiety specialist but also work with personality disorders, relationship issues, communication and boundary setting, and life transitions. I believe in a work life balance and spend my free time catching live music or cooking at home.
