I believe that you know you best, so I walk alongside you, focusing on goals and solutions to get you to where you'd like to be. I offer in-office, virtual or eco-therapy walking sessions. If working with your child, we will explore how emotional awareness and regulation, using age-appropriate tools/visuals, can help your family move forward with healthier communication habits and help you to foster stronger, more trusting, relationships.

Being human is hard. Not only can it be hard but for many individuals being seen, heard and understood are missing from their life experience. I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, confused, to live in unresolved trauma and how this existence can impact mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. I choose counseling as a way to serve others because I have experienced my own chronic and complex trauma. I provide gentle guidance to individuals actively living in their trauma, experiencing daily anxiety, cPTSD, mood disorders, and neurodivergent humans wanting to heal from ableism. There is hope.

I am a seasoned and mature psychoanalyst offering patients an in-depth therapy experience with the goal of very real change. I see most all late adolescent and adult patient populations. I offer several specialties including psychoanalysis, psychotherapy and supportive counseling. Please note that I have extensive experience treating post-traumatic stress disorders and dissociative disorders. I have worked, supervised and taught in Philadelphia, Seattle, Montana and Idaho for thirty plus years and am well recognized in these communities.
