I have been helping couples for the last decade in my private practice manage their conflict in healthier, more effective ways. I am now offering in person couple's retreats on the Island of Maui. We will take a deep dive into your relationship and learn what your blocks are and if we can begin to remove them or learn how to navigate them. You will also leave with a plan on how to maintain this new way of connecting with one another over the months and years to come. I provide compassionate, non-judgemental counseling for adolescents and adults on Maui and via telehealth in Hawaii and Washington state. I support individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, fertility issues and complicated pregnancies/births. I help clients make positive, healthy changes in their lives. The theories I use are Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness Therapy. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness tools such as meditation and relaxation techniques. I also offer support groups for adolescent girls from time to time.

What we use to fix or fill that emptiness can begin addictive processes like alcoholism, love addiction, and codependency. My approach is to meet that longing with compassion, understanding and love.
